Professional magazine on practical and methodological aspects of business in the Russian energy market . There is a new huge market growing in Russia – the market of the electric power. And there are a lot of professional players in it. It is obvious, that in the nearest future their number will rapidly increase. For this reason the “RCB” PH started release of a new magazine, published monthly starting from January, 2004.
